To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗美食小店很多，今晚就以香口小食做晚餐😋叫了一個招牌煎餃雙併🥟隻隻餃子都非常飽滿，餃子外皮煎到金黃色好吸引，餃子煎完都非常juicy! 👍🏻喜歡韭菜的我當然鍾意食韭菜餃，但估唔到椰菜餃也非常好吃，因為佢加咗雲耳，所以口感豐富啲😋招牌鮮炸肉丸也有意外驚喜😱佢係即叫即炸嘅，我開頭以為佢會好似宜家嗰啲肉丸咁，點知食落去外脆內軟，因為肉丸加咗菜，所以比較裡面軟熟～好味😋偷聽到後面嗰台客人叫了爆漿阿華田西多士，佢仲有爆漿草莓西多士添，都好吸引呀！🤭其實餐廳嘅食品都幾多元化，車仔麵又有，滷水又有，甜品又有，咖喱飯都有，想食多食少都有好多選擇👍🏻
