To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友仔行旺角, 好隨意咁搵食, 見到間新開張的餐廳飲品免費, 於是便貪新鮮入內試下。叫左個竹炭軟殼蟹牛油果醬漢堡 ($108) & 香煎帶子意粉 ($128)一齊食, 另每人加一杯利賓納梳打水。個竹炭軟殼蟹牛油果醬漢堡好有驚喜, 外觀已經好吸睛, 個竹炭包值得一讚, 外層脆口, 包身軟屬, 包面仲有芝麻粒, 正! 軟殼蟹又熱又香脆, 加埋凍的牛油果醬、生菜、蕃茄同芝士, 成個包充滿冷、熱、脆、軟4個層次, Juicy 又好味, 值得ENCORE. 店主仲好細心預備膠手套, 唔怕食到成手污漕，再比多個GOOD! 至於香煎帶子意粉就相對遜色, 主要係意粉OVERCOOK, 偏腍無口感, 個汁亦唔係好突出, 似食緊卡邦尼意粉, 幾粒帶子都煎得OK, 朋友認為$128 這個價錢有點貴😅大家經過不妨試下
