To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔三哥因為宜家無場堂食, 而我地又未諗到食咩好就聞到好香既麻辣湯味, 原來係三哥!我地就去左買外賣,以往我都係食3小蕃茄湯底, 今次心郁郁想試下三哥酸辣.返到屋企打開仲出煙, 湯同米線分開裝, 米線唔會浸到冧曬, 幾貼心.湯底紅卜卜,加上好香酸辣味搞到我口水都流出黎湯底睇落好姐但比想像中無咁辣, 反而酸味比較出, 仲意食酸既朋友一定要試下.因為我比較仲意食好冧既米線, 婆婆口味^^沒哈哈, 所以依個米線我嫌有點硬, 應該係因為分開裝, 下次我會試下叫職員唔分湯試下.香港人出名好仲意食米線, 譚仔三哥係米線界擔當重任, 無人可以取代到佢既地位..佢地仲時不時有新搞作, 創意大足絕不馬虎.大家都可以試試

湯底睇落好姐但比想像中無咁辣, 反而酸味比較出, 仲意食酸既朋友一定要試下.
