To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

打風前夕OT到10點，估唔到打風都仲咁多人係街，去左最多野食的路德圍覓食，決定入去好耐無食過的雲桂香，係門口等左一陣，比我想像中多人，好彩兩個人位置都快我叫左小鍋米線三餸 (豬紅、雞奕尖、腩肉) 微辣 ($59)，辣味有分7個級數 (微辣、小辣、中小辣、中辣、中大辣、大辣同勁辣) 好快手落完單，不過等餐比較耐，感覺上都等左十幾二十分鐘度先有野食湯底酸酸辣辣好開胃，而且湯唔會好沌雞奕尖入味，肉質軟硬適中豬紅滑口入味👍🏻腩肉唔鞋好味雲桂香一定會係我米線之選入面頭三甲，可惜屋企或者公司附近無，唯有下次再經開先食啦
