To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

荃灣呢間越式餐廳想試好耐, 好想試佢招牌嘅蟹膏檬粉!! 店內裝修簡單, 但坐得都算舒服架蟹膏檬粉 $56湯底十分香濃, 帶有淡淡蕃茄味! 主角蟹膏份量都唔少, 蟹味好重好正呀! 而其他配料都唔少, 有扎肉, 豆卜, 豬紅, 蕃茄, 成碗粉超足料!! 扎肉有兩片, 好有口感, 豆卜係另一重點, 索晒湯汁, 超正呀! 豬紅都有兩粒, 好滑又彈牙! 另外, 檬粉比較腍身同碎少少, 望落有D似米粉, 但口感不錯的! 整體個湯酸酸甜甜咁, 真係會令人食唔停! 最重要係價錢一啲都唔貴, 蟹膏粉麵同其他粉麵一樣價錢咋, 呢個真係必食之選!

湯底十分香濃, 帶有淡淡蕃茄味! 主角蟹膏份量都唔少, 蟹味好重好正呀! 而其他配料都唔少, 有扎肉, 豆卜, 豬紅, 蕃茄, 成碗粉超足料!!
