早幾年在土瓜灣開業,都唔係好起眼,本身對粉麵興趣唔太大,通常去粉麵店重點都係食餸。佢初開檔時某日經過見佢有豬軟骨同肥牛,幫襯左一次之後,覺得佢既豬軟骨真係好味,就幾個月都過黎幫襯一兩次。幾年黎都幫襯左十幾次,九成以上都係叫豬軟骨米粉,返唔到轉頭!湯底係魚湯,唔係好濃,但係比一般街既魚湯底好,包括荃灣某店同樣以魚湯招倈既舖頭。佢既漁湯聲稱以豬骨、雞、魚、胡椒粒等老火煲出黎,奶白色既湯,飲左8成,唔口渴,無咩味精。豬軟骨調味好濃,送飯送米粉一流,蚊得好淋好入味,豬軟骨比佢蚊到啫喱狀而肉唔散,讚 !我通常都豬軟骨另上,如果唔係影響個湯既味道。
