今晚我們去咗沙田新城市廣場嘅「少爺18」食晚飯!我們叫咗海南鷄「半隻」嘅肉質好鬆軟嫩滑,喺三款醬料中,本人比較鍾意鮮綠色嘅薑蓉,因可以令到鷄肉嘅鮮味更加提升!馬來西亞肉骨茶「藥材」嘅湯底極之鮮味濃郁,當歸嘅甘味慢慢滲透出嚟,肉骨嘅肉質超鬆化軟滑!炒貴刁除咗有貴刁之外,仲有夾埋啲油麵一齊炒,感覺都幾特別,海鮮材料好豐富,有幾隻大蝦!印尼炒飯配沙嗲串燒炒得好乾身,食落有啲微微嘅辣味,令到味道更加鮮味醒胃,串燒鷄肉嘅肉質亦幾嫩滑!甜品:椰香斑蘭天使蛋糕超級香滑鬆軟,舖喺蛋糕面嘅風乾椰子片好似食緊新鮮椰子咁,味道非常清甜,焦糖斑蘭脆脆相當香甜脆身,香滑雪白嘅忌廉,原來係椰子味嘅忌廉,而且味道唔會過甜,真係超正呀!係本人嘅必食推介!
