雞先生一早有事車出旺角做,做完打算去太子花墟行個大運,行到附近發現弊,肚子餓🐓於是上網搵下附近有咩黃店食下,發現前面就有間16座車仔面,於是入去睇下👀環境方面,成間店都幾懷舊風既,我無影到內部環境但影到佢牆上個大黑板,用粉筆畫左碗面,枱上個筆桶都幾復古下。餐牌就幾多選擇下,單單面底佢都有十款以上,仲有幾款佢寫到明係自家製,另外餸方面都有好多選擇,唯一比較要挑剔係無乜菜可以簡💩💩💩雞先生本身只係揀咗咖喱魷魚、雞翼、同蠔油冬菇。落單果陣店員提醒我四餸可以飲品半價,於是問店員有咩好食,佢話不如試下金沙青,其實我唔知係乜野但費時諗所以照要,之後要埋枝自家製凍奶茶☕️首先講下啲餸,金沙青其實係豬肉🐷🐷🐷,估唔到呢款聽都未聽過既肉係幾好食,又嫰又滑,好彩有試唔係走寶。咖喱魷魚方面,有啲車仔面係好是但,得個汁濃但魷魚唔爽口,但呢度既魷魚係幾正👍🏻爽口而且個汁有以前掃街小販檔既味道,同埋唔會太辣。雞翼同冬菇我唔知佢搵咩野入味,但兩樣野都甜甜地又淋,我覺得都幾好味。唯一挑剔既係冬菇有小小細舊但算正常發揮。打邊爐最重要個爐,車仔面最重要緊係個面底同湯。我簡左鹵水汁,都幾香同濃既,但唔適合飲埋佢🚫個面底係唯一

總括黎講,呢間車仔面除左有啲遠(對我黎講要行多三分鐘都遠😬)同埋蝦子面失望外,其他都唔錯,下次再黎花墟會再食😛😛😛
