本來我買麵包都一定係要買帶肉的,即係腸仔包呀,呑拿魚包,火腿包,薄餅包嗰啲。哩個雞脾包直頭好似為我而設,又有包仲要啖啖肉,每一次來粉嶺都必買!只係八個半一個,外面淨係買隻雞脾都唔得啦,仲要卷埋香軟麵包比你。咬咗一啖雞脾肉,發現隻手濕濕,原來啲汁滴哂出來。講哩件事係想話比大家知,雞脾絕不行貨,煮得入味,雞肉嫩滑有彈性,仲要多汁。雞肉煮過所以麵包點都會吸左啲汁料,但係冇令到麵包軟哂一patpat,麵包鬆軟帶甜味,加埋雞脾,正。
