韓國人主理嘅正宗韓國菜!主打1+級韓牛從韓國新鮮直送到港,肉味比急凍貨色更鮮更濃,仲有醬油蟹同各種傳統菜式😋• 醬油蟹 $450喺香港食醬油蟹一定要搵間質素有保證嘅~呢間醬油蟹好多橙紅色嘅蟹膏,蟹肉入曬味,會跟埋一碗紫菜飯,將啲蟹肉蟹膏唧入飯中,加多少少醬油撈勻,真係好食到停不了😋• 韓牛薄裙肉 $430新鮮韓牛同急凍貨完全冇得比!薄裙肉呢個部位相對冇咁多脂肪,偏向有咬口,越咀嚼牛味就越香✨• 韓牛牛後胸 $390至於牛後胸油花就豐富啲,會更加貼近和牛嗰種入口即溶嘅感覺,無論牛味同油香都幾balance,香得嚟唔會好膩🫶🏻• 韓國豬肉眼扒 $220豬肉眼扒為貼近豬頸肉嘅位置,可想而知肉質都係比較嫩滑柔軟😳 • 海鮮純豆腐湯飯 $135食韓國菜我幾乎都鐘意點辣豆腐湯暖下個胃,個湯頭好好飲,會飲到海鮮嘅鮮味同少少辣勁,入口飲落好舒服,而且用料好足👍🏻
