今日同朋友去咗銅鑼灣時代廣場 朋友話想食呢間韓國嘢就入咗去了 好彩都啱啱好有位碟酸蘿蔔好入味唔會話太酸 味道岩岩好燒醬油黑毛豬白切肉配大醬生菜新鮮嘅生菜包住入味又鮮嫩既黑毛豬白切肉再加埋有韓國特色既辣醬同其他配料,絕對係perfect match泡菜燉五花肉蛋包飯日式蛋包飯就食得多 但係韓式既泡菜蛋包飯就係第一次食 店員會好好人幫手切開 蛋炒得勁滑同埋份量多好大 口感細膩又軟嫩 泡菜微辣 呢種酸辣令人愈食愈開胃 另外仲包住一粒粒既五花肉 肉質滑溜溜 肥瘦適中 好香口 係非常豐富既蛋包飯醬油蒜頭無骨炸雞醬油蒜頭無骨炸雞就岩晒食雞唔食雞骨既朋友仔 呢度使用的是雞腿肉 吃落本身就很嫩滑 呢度可以D雞炸完之後都仲好多汁, 可以鎖住D肉汁. 雞肉本身就咁高質既情況下, 簡單既醬油調味我覺得已經好好食 仲有薯條可以點兩個醬 應該係千島同埋沙律醬 手工巴斯克芝士蛋糕鐘意食芝士既朋友一定要試手工巴斯克芝士蛋糕 食過機制既巴斯克蛋糕 同手工制既味道 口感都差好遠 特別係手工制既巴斯克蛋糕內部能處於軟滑狀況士多啤梨紅桑子梳打可者兩者一齊 味道唔會太濃 有淡淡的紅桑子味道玫瑰紅桑子沙冰賣相好靚 飲落玫瑰味都
