自從兩個月前係元朗食過間蒸氣海鮮,已經有很耐無再食,老婆在家亦都不會煮海鮮,所以只能外出幫襯。今次就揀了這間蟹仙,主要以海鮮蒸氣鍋為主,叫得蟹仙當然蟹才是主角。因為我們兩個都比較喜歡食硬身的蟹膏,所以就揀了越南頂角膏蟹,果然無揀錯,膏蟹裏面爆多蟹膏,入口啖啖蟹膏,有蛋王的甘香,而且很鮮。其他海鮮都是即叫即劏,十分新鮮,最好味的是蝦、元貝及龍躉,蝦肉結實彈牙;元貝蒸至剛熟,中間還帶點滑;而龍躉肉彈又鮮。最後品嚐南瓜排骨粥底,全部海鮮精華都流入了粥內,粥底又綿又鮮甜。店員還送上甜品椰汁燕窩,老婆至愛的養顏補品。
