To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗有好多麵舖，而每間都各有特色但估唔到呢間車仔麵舖除左有車仔麵食之外，佢既煎餃同埋阿華田西多士都非常出色，必食環境為食貓首先要讚下呢間舖既衛生環境👍🏾舖頭d枱枱櫈櫈同埋地板都非常乾淨，完全無水積食物爆漿阿華田西多士必食（4/5）呢個西多上面鋪滿阿華田粉同醬，非常邪惡呀一切開，上面d醬流哂出黎，好澎湃，好正🤤再加埋入面既花生醬（可以轉榛子朱古力醬），食埋真係好滿足♥️♥️韭菜+椰菜煎餃必食（5/5）為食貓好欣賞佢個煎餃因為佢個皮夠晒薄😋入面d料雖然唔係爆餡個種，但岩岩好👍🏾加上佢呢隻煎餃係日式煎餃，個皮好脆口，咬落去重有d汁咇出嚟豬大腸車仔麵（4/5）佢既車仔麵都唔錯，食完都唔會覺得好口渴😄而個豬大腸滷得好入味之餘，重洗得非常乾淨，唔會有臭味👍🏾大家可以放心叫鍾意試新野、食餃子，同埋乾淨既朋友，為食貓絕對推介你地黎聚來車仔麵
