平時好少去土瓜環,不過聽講有好野食,當然約埋朋友試下。咦,又幾好食喎。雖然比起平時果啲任食邊爐價錢貴,不過食材質素都唔同,又無得比嘅,睇相啦!招牌雜菌花甲蟹煱 $400落單之後等咗一陣,招牌終於登場啦!侍應提我地要快啲食咗鍋內嘅花甲,唔係會老,肚餓嘅我即刻撈幾隻食,又真係幾鮮甜,份量亦都唔少。隻蟹都幾大隻,好多膏,肉質幾鮮,又唔怕無肉食。而且鍋內重有菇同蕃茄,啲菇食極都重有,份量好多,蕃茄令湯底帶少少酸,好開胃。$400 一鍋開頭覺得有啲貴,不過難得多人一齊食,除返都ok嘅,重點係好味,值回「鍋」價。招牌肥牛拼盤 $368賣相幾靚,擺得好整齊,有好多種,和牛粒、牛頸脊、牛胸爽、牛脷托等等...... 多人食嗌呢個拼盤就岩晒,唔使慢慢揀又唔揀爭。肥鵝腸 $78黎之前都睇過下呢間火鍋店嘅食評,聽講鵝腸最正最出名,點可以唔試下!第一次食鵝腸,好快熟,無膻味,咬落去爽爽地,幾新奇。未食過/鍾意食嘅朋友推介一試。睇落好多,其實淥完得好少。泰國基圍蝦 $68好抵食!$68有9隻,大大隻,擺係鍋裡面滾一滾就食得。新鮮彈牙,啖啖肉,用竹籤拮住食幾方便。廣島蠔 $78急凍,拎出黎好似舊石頭咁硬,普普通通

落單之後等咗一陣,招牌終於登場啦!

不過調味好似係用七味粉,食落無椒鹽咁惹味。同埋記得趁熱食,攤凍咗就唔好食嚕。

餐廳唔算好大,坐位都可以,但冷氣好凍,食住邊爐都覺得凍,呢方面要改善下。
而且野飲選擇唔算好多,有綠色可樂揀叫做特別啲。(唔係好好飲)
都係飲多幾啖個花甲蟹鍋先!
