想食鮮雞煲就會諗起榕記,雞煲係採用鮮雞去製。仲要喺大家面前灑米酒將個雞煲煮起,雞煲入面仲有好多新鮮食材,包括鮮蝦、豬膶、鮮滑牛、馬蹄、竹䉀、雲耳等,原隻鮮雞當然唔少得雞雜啦!未食已經嗅到好香啦!師傅會一邊睇住時間同留意煲裏啲食材熟哂未,如果一熟哂就會叫各位起筷!一打開雞煲,香氣撲鼻,雞件入味帶有酒香味,鮮滑牛好腍唔靭,加上雞雜,超正。我好鍾意佢入面加咗竹䉀,咬落好清甜。當你食到雞煲八成後,就會攞出我哋預先order咗嘅火鍋配料,我哋加咗扇貝、蟶子、花蛤、生蠔、響鈴、皇帝菜及䈑筍!由於豬潤及鮮滑牛太好食,我哋再追加各一碟,加多碟肥牛。樣樣食材都好新鮮,不知不覺食咗兩個鐘。最後加一碗白飯,將淨餘嘅湯當汁炒白飯,白飯索哂啲汁,好好湯,但係會有啲膩!我哋六個人一個飯已經好飽,正!

樣樣食材都好新鮮,不知不覺食咗兩個鐘。最後加一碗白飯,將淨餘嘅湯當汁炒白飯,白飯索哂啲汁,好好湯,但係會有啲膩!我哋六個人一個飯已經好飽,正!
