Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經黎過n咁多次不過今次終於寫食評 餐廳位於銅鑼灣希雲街，喺sharishari隔離✌🏻menu有分自選/preset poke bowls而我就每次都食一模一樣嘅嘢😬😳🍱 Build Your Own Bowl🍣 三文魚 + 珍珠糙飯 + 沙律菜 🥗🥒 青瓜 + 蟹子 + 雞蛋絲🫗果仁芝麻醬同以往一樣，好好好好食!!! 三文魚夠晒新鮮肥美，每啖都食到😋 沙律菜算新鮮，夾埋啲飯一齊好好食，不過如果可以加少少番茄就更好了😍 toppings可以免費加紫菜，紫菜撈埋蟹子好有韓式波波飯糰嘅感覺，鍾意波波飯糰嘅可以試下呢個配搭！toppings嘅份量都算多！撈埋之後唔會去到最尾冇toppings食 不過飯嘅份量少過以前，一個女仔食啱啱好，但男仔就可以要加大啦🤣座位方面就有少少窄，檯同檯之間冇乜空位，完全聽到隔離檯講啲咩😳同埋大部分都係二人檯，就算四人檯中間都會有一塊發泡膠版分開大家，所以二人以上嘅朋友聚會就未必好啱啦
