To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間元祖韓國燒肉,喺旺角屹立不倒,餐廳既設計同擺位同係韓國嘅氛圍係如出一轍,所以每次食都好似返返韓國咁😇而且成間舖頭都充滿咗塗鴉,超級適合打卡😌而入去坐低都會有一系列前菜,全部都好好食🥩和牛拼盤 $458擺盤非常有心思,用咗一個牛嘅木盤放置唔同嘅部位,真係打卡一流😍成個拼盤有九款唔同嘅部位,每一款嘅油脂分布同濃淡味道都有唔同。我自己最鍾意係日本A4背峰肉,油花分布平均之餘又唔會太油膩,好好食😊餐廳提供咗兩個醬料去配搭,但係其實單食已經係非常出色,或者用生菜包住嚟食,成個感覺會冇咁油膩🤤另外驚為天人既仲有係側邊默默守護既爐邊泡菜雞蛋,超級嫩滑,好食🤤🐓 人蔘雞湯 $108呢個熱辣辣,冬天暖胃必點,足料原隻雞,裏面包住糯米,口感好豐富,而且成個湯好濃郁,啖啖都係精華😌🐝蜂蜜原漿米酒 $88打卡必點2.0,杯裡面有原個蜂巢切落嚟嘅蜂蜜粒,配埋米酒,味道啱啱好,鍾意打卡又可以飲到酒嘅朋友記得要叫呀😊每次食完呢一間韓燒都非常之滿足,滿足到我打卡嘅慾望之餘,佢嘅嘢食全部都好好食,而且越夜越多人,多人起上嚟個氣氛更加好,令人滿足既一餐😌
