今日又去咗尖沙咀行街去到晚餐時間醒起有一間食打邊爐幾好食就決定去呢間餐廳食晚餐。呢間餐廳嘅湯底有非常多特色嘅選擇,今次我哋就揀咗黑松露野菌鍋,一上鍋就已經聞到好大浸嘅黑松露味,而且成個煲入邊有好多唔同種類嘅菇,包括冬菇,雞髀菇等等既菇類非常豐富。頂級安格斯牛小排啲牛肉掛晒喺個木架上邊非常適合打卡,油花分布平均,食落牛味濃郁口感嫩滑真係必點之一。風花雪月手工丸拼盤餐廳用上中國風設計嘅木架黎放置手工丸,真係非常之靚,一共有六款唔同嘅丸類包括有墨魚丸,鵝肝丸,流心芝士墨魚丸,鮮蝦丸,同埋干貝丸,粒粒都非常之新鮮彈牙,入口非常之有咬口啊!蟹肉海皇餃平時豬肉餡嘅餃子就食得多,呢個係用上咗蟹肉同埋鮮蝦製造嘅,餃子皮非常薄入口鮮甜。

餐廳用上中國風設計嘅木架黎放置手工丸,真係非常之靚,一共有六款唔同嘅丸類包括有墨魚丸,鵝肝丸,流心芝士墨魚丸,鮮蝦丸,同埋干貝丸,粒粒都非常之新鮮彈牙,入口非常之有咬口啊!



蟹肉海皇餃
平時豬肉餡嘅餃子就食得多,呢個係用上咗蟹肉同埋鮮蝦製造嘅,餃子皮非常薄入口鮮甜。
