原來呢間餐廳名下分別有日式料理、居酒屋同和牛燒肉3間分店, 入其中一間都可以點其他店嘅美食, 選擇夠晒多元化, 今日我地就主要食燒物。先來個胡麻照燒黑豚肉沙律 ($168) 黑豚肉燒得焦香惹味, 拌上新鮮爽脆嘅沙律菜, 一拍即合。照燒羊架 ($156), 肉厚肥美, 切開仲有肉汁流出, 很有質素。珍寶多春魚 ($58)燒得夠乾身, 酥脆到連骨都可以食埋。味啉河豚魚乾 ($78) 魚乾很有咬口, 仲非常入味, 越食越滋味。雞軟骨就食得多, 雞胸軟骨 ($28) 都係第一次食, 軟骨咬到卜卜聲, 過足口癮。大左口魚壽司($70) 左口魚火灼後, 油份澎湃湧出, 壽司飯盡吸精華, 一入口油香馬上佔據整個口腔!呢件左口魚壽司, 絕對係今餐嘅亮點!
