家族關係丶歷史淵源⋯什麼什麼的,統統放低,只當佢係一間新開小菜館,佢嘅食物其實幾滋味,環境丶服務亦令人滿意,3個人食$600,吹咗個零鐘水,幾抵。今次醒目book定枱,8:30pm黎到,餐廳接近full, 雖店子細細,好在3個老友相聚都俾張5人枱我,坐得舒服唔迫「硤」。食「子薑皮蛋」係指定動作,溏心皮蛋蛋黃「郎郎吓」,就好似同我講緊「come on baby!快d食我啦」,立即夾片最大片嘅子薑連同皮蛋,一拼塞入口,好味啊!其實⋯3件皮蛋我一個人都食得曬。 朋友介紹食鍋貼蝦(件計)。個底鬆脆,只略嫌燶咗少少,蝦膠咬落爽彈,沾沙律醬食,可去油腻感。金牌燒鵝(例牌):皮香而不脆,皮肉中夾層脂肪,鵝肉有嚼勁而無渣。朋友建議食件連骨少鵝肉嘅,正正係我細個時喺廣州食燒鵝嘅味道,我搵咗你好多年你知唔知。燒鵝用五香豆塾底(其實我都唔知佢正確個名,不過細個時媽媽好鍾意買黎食)。碩大鯪魚球,新鮮熱辣,彈牙,有魚香,沾咸香蜆芥一齊食,讚口不絕。其實仲叫左個八珍豆腐煲,個豆腐幾好食,外酥內軟,係個餸偏濃味少少。有無人可以話我知佢個名係唔係叫「五香豆」定「豉油豆」?好滿足的一餐。
