見到呢間所謂既日本料理都咁多人讚,實在令我震驚..首先壽司硬掘掘就例牌啦,定食油淋淋(不過佢平..),$10 既刺身,本人試過叫吞拿魚同三文魚..吞拿魚上碟時己經呈現瘀黑色,其新鮮度可想而知..三文魚色澤同平日食開既差不多,當時以為冇問題,後來睇蔡瀾既書先知道三文魚新鮮與否色澤上都差不多..其後認識一位同事,原來佢以前0係金太郎做廚房,我問佢有冇偷食,佢話請都唔食,因為佢話廚房既衛生程度係十分恐佈,d 生菜之類洗都唔洗.,最離譜係飯煲就放0係一條不停漏水既沆渠隔離..聽完佢既一席話,小弟決定以後唔幫襯~
