大年初二,全家總動員以身犯險,於煙花夜去人多車多嘅老尖食dinner,想起已經係N年前冇做過呢樣事。對呢度嘅食物一向冇乜期望,志在食完後每人有一張免費ticket去欣賞煙花啫...dinner set依舊係任意配搭。响呢度冇需要叫"肥肝"咁講究,求其叫個parma ham with melon打頭陣。水準當然冇得同sabatini比,parma ham得個死鹹,唔得...boulabaisse又係一個鹹字,鹹並不係海水味嗰種鹹,而係鹽真的下得太多,皺眉...duck leg confit皮煎得不脆,大失過望,好嘅duck leg皮一定要煎得好似脆嘅豬油渣先得ma。事先waitress已聲明會做得較鹹,一聽之下大喜。點知做出嚟反而又唔多夠鹹,又皺眉...試一口太座嘅sirloin,完全overdone,好彩唔算太韌,仲吞得落...都係算罷la,嗱嗱聲去睇煙花好過...
