To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

志在睇風景

上星期二5月17日，與一大班朋友一起上洋紫荊號晚餐，船程1915-2115時，船程大約兩小時在維港上航行，參考航程大概從港島過九龍尖沙嘴等，在維港繞圈子。估計因為隻船大隻，所以在船上行來行去到食物那邊都沒有問題，非常平穩，船上均無乘客暈船浪😗，好似在陸地上一樣。食物方面比預期的差，可能因為好難估計人數，加上前幾天落大雨，有幾日紅雨，所以食材方面難預測，比宣傳菜單上的少。串燒即燒也有西冷、牛舌、之類，瓜菜、波蘿等，有些燒得比較乾😗，同唔夠熱，另外有好多沙律菜🥗，可以淸熱，亦有西瓜🍉。不過飲品得盒裝茶，汽水，清酒🍶，比較少建議可以加入更多如果汁🍹之類。食完野大約八點幾就上去上層睇風景同影相📸️，天氣好的日子真是一流。
