放假日出銅鑼灣接男朋友收工食晚飯,佢就帶左我去平日食lunch偶然會經過既阿麥廚房!男朋友話平日行過見環境都唔錯幾好feel,睇人地食評都唔差,價錢又適中,所以想帶我黎試下☺️晚餐選擇不少,價錢由$160到$240,視乎選擇邊款主菜,而每個主菜都有跟沙律、是日餐湯及飲品唔想食得咁簡單,加錢升級埋本來跟餐既沙律及餐湯喇🤓咩都鐘意加一餐既我,當然今次都唔例外喇😎(當然係睇過係自己鐘意食既先加喇😆)首先黎左香煎鵝肝配蕉糖酒醋藍莓,一黎到已經聞到好香,鵝肝岩岩煎好帶微熱,而且頗厚身,咬落滿口油香,好正😋另外蕉糖酒醋藍莓汁帶甜及微酸,食落好醒胃,又可配搭隔離沙律菜一齊食,係好好既前菜😊這個大蝦占美多真係不得了😵將大蝦🦐切開數小件,蝦肉十分彈牙,加上佈滿濃濃既蝦膏,一試難忘既美味🤤個人認為係絕對值得加$58升級既前菜😋👍🏻另外轉埋兩款餐湯,首先係蟹肉南瓜忌廉湯,都幾鮮甜,啖啖湯都充滿南瓜蓉同蟹肉,飲落好有口感👍🏻而男朋友都升級左做黑松露菌忌廉湯,有好多菇粒,同蟹肉忌廉湯一樣都係好有口感,黑松露香味濃郁😋因為兩個湯都好正,所以同男朋友一人一半sweet sweet share😆主菜揀左黑松露麵包蟹肉意

而男朋友都升級左做黑松露菌忌廉湯,有好多菇粒,同蟹肉忌廉湯一樣都係好有口感,黑松露香味濃郁😋
因為兩個湯都好正,所以同男朋友一人一半sweet sweet share😆

個人十分喜歡食意大利飯,鐘意佢一粒一粒既口感,而旁邊放左一小碗黑松露,如果淨係灑係飯上面一定無咁多,岩曬我呢d鐘意每啖都想食到黑松露味既人想落幾多都得😁
反而蟹肉就不算多,所以最後我地係一啖黑松露加一啖飯咁食曬😆

豬手肉質軟林林咬落唔「鞋」唔會痴牙,塊皮好香口又勁脆,正宗外脆內軟👍🏻
不過味道稍微有點偏咸少少,所以點少少本身配有既燒烤醬汁可減低咸味感覺🙂
