To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 帶外地朋友在香港遊玩，想不到很厲害的行程，只好帶他去我日常喜歡去的地方，淺水灣。淺水灣好奇怪，離市區好近，但風情、步調都離市區好大分別。因為我是常客，所以食物都是我點的，先叫了威尼斯沙律，加芝士頭盤。沙律醬汁非常開胃，菜款式配搭很好！後面是芝士冷盤，我個人至愛，羊奶芝士加olives! 咸香咸香。朋友也大讚！男生總是來點飽肚的。牛肉多汁，加pickles, 不錯我們去的時候剛好在門口對著海邊的搖搖椅有位，兩個人，看著海，吃對的食物，甚麼也都對了。
