To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 工作忙到九彩,晚晚都差不多八點才收工。都市人就系咁忙,工作做極做唔完,唔理咁多醫下五藏六府。走入開業無耐的餐廳食,覺得同另一間餐廳的食物格局差吾多,一問之下原来又同一集團,只系中,西餐之分,每間餐廳的裝修都好有特色。呢間就系以中餐為主的茶記。叫左二人餐有魚,有菜,有肉,有湯,有飯,有野飲。好似好均衡。 乾扁肉鬆四季豆,睇見好油,送飯可接受,豆角軟身,無臭青味,無根,算系嫩。肉鬆分量極少,完全食吾到有肉鬆,只是細細粒肥膏點一點肉,名副其實將貨就價。豉汁蒸鱸魚,睇見好精美,上碟好有誠意之作。當然喺茶記食魚吾好唸住係新鮮㗎,但係呢條魚的肉質都吾霉,魚肉可一塊一塊咁食,條魚又吾细條,算好抵,但係油放多咗。茶樹菇燉湯,好飲,因為好夠熱,沒有味精,好足料。無時間自己煲湯水,唯有喺度飲,好過無。配埋杯懶人檸檬茶,珍珠米煮成嘅白飯。
