To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 國金軒經常滿坐, 要訂到下午1345才有位。 到達餐廳,已經有很多客人離座, 空間變得很寬闊, 遠望中環灣仔海景, 心情很愉快。 環看周圍的食客,感覺不是社會精英在商務午餐, 就是闊太在嘆茶。這是在別的餐廳很難感受到的。聽說這裡的叉燒很出名, 雖然價格很貴,但也要試下。味道沒有想像得那麼好, 利苑, 龍王不比國金的差。 反而這裡做的雞翅不錯,有一個好聽的名字, 叫天使蜜糖翼。 外型優美, 味道也有國金應有水平。 芝士茄子炸得很香, 可以一試。 子母蝦餃很創新, 小蝦餃內是芥末汁, 和大蝦餃一起吃, 很特別。牛肉腸粉一般, 就不多介紹了。鮑魚酥值得一試, 高級餐廳鮑魚的味道有保證。 很喜歡國金的甜品, 有很多選擇, 其中一款是用千層糕包著芒果, 味道和外型都很有吸引力。 如想看景, 享受環境, 這裡是很好的選擇。 如想選食物, 同樣價格, 應該有更好的選擇。
