To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實係中上環金鐘返工都好忙碌,好intense, 有時想食好d又唔想去太遠今日近近地係中信大廈食bricklane 啦6,7點時間黎都唔算多人, 好有質感既MENU叫左48小時慢煮牛FOR TWOSET 內有 charcuterie platterparma ham 甘香, 油帶咸香最岩做appetizer  魚子醬加deviled egg簡單但令人回味無窮主角出場prime rib 成日都可以食到, 但係Slow cook既prime rib 真係好難遇到好食既入味之餘肉質嫩滑又juicy最後食埋個red velvet cake再飲杯earl grey tea 就好滿足食多個skillet pancake 就飽飽喇berries 酸酸甜甜 中和左 Mable syrup 既甜充左電, 聽日要返工了, 比心機
