To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

只愛中菜，不喜嘗試其他菜色的我，經家人極力游説下，3/1/2021一行六人，到警察會警會軒飯聚。乘搭升降機時只感平平無奇，想應似大家樂格局。當機門打開，意然看見一隻大可愛，愛狗的我，必須和牠打咭😜，進入餐廳，即見幾張長形餐桌報局，感覺是氣派又不失溫馨，沒有拘束感。服務員態度友好，不是機械式服務，令我放下對西餐廳管家式服務印像。一杯室溫清水已見誠意，入口不冰冷，有清新檸檬味，令我非常祈代晚餐。經服務員解説，我們6個人，但叫了7款菜式🤭，3支洒。不得不讚讚，魚和意大利飯極為出色，令不喜西菜的我也拜服。兩小時用餐時間，我們得到誠懇的服務，感覺舒暢，可見管理層帶領得宜，而員工配合有度，特別多謝經理chuen，team captain rainbow，副 captain emily，並已打算在此作生日飯局了，😆😆😆。
