To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晩聽從老爺的主意,又來光顧他心儀的潮州菜館。以下是我們多次光顧的食後感:沙茶牛肉的沙茶醬有一般沙茶味的同時,也有一點點苦,不過這對我來說不是壞事。菜和牛肉上桌時,還是很熱,可見有鑊氣。平時吃椒鹽九肚魚,那個骨會很明顯,令我還是會拿走,但這裡的卻不一樣,真的幼小,甚至炸到一個效果是,吃了下去也完全不覺。外脆內軟,很乾身,比平常吃到的,出色得多。蠔烙的蠔仔和粉漿的比例好好,粉漿剛好裹著蠔仔,一點也不油膩。蠔仔粥不錯,和蠔烙一樣,蠔的數量已令人滿意,吃下去時會有蠔味,也不會像其他食店那樣鹹。紹菜雜煲是用上豬肉丸、肉條、鮮魚等潮式食品煮紹菜,材料鮮,配上紹菜的甜,喝下去很舒服!韮菜粿有很濃的韮菜味,吃起來相當香,皮又厚又Q, 這些粿,相對算少見,值得一試。芋泥足料,除了有大量白果,還用上平日少見的南瓜,增添了獨特甜味,令本來磨得很綿密的芋泥有多一層口感!
