好耐沒食泰國菜了,好懷念那種獨特的味道,一於今晚就去食泰菜啦!為了方便就腳,就選了呢間係The One但又未食過的Cambo開餐啦!可能時間仲有啲早,所以暫時唔係咁多人,好快就有位了!今次點了泰式青咖哩軟殼蟹鍋配法包,細的泰式拼盆及泰式炒椰菜苗,坐左一陣超快就上菜了。先上細的泰式拼盆,份量兩個人食剛剛好,有口感香脆的鳳尾蝦春卷,香口美味又彈牙的泰式炸蝦餅,香辣惹味的泰式炸魚餅及夠晒入味的香葉包雞,可以一次過食咁多款小食都不錯!而這個是泰式炒椰菜苗,聞落香香辣辣,食落十分惹味,椰菜苗好爽口夠晒入味,好泰式風味!最後係泰式青咖哩軟殼蟹鍋配法包,青咖哩、軟殼蟹同法包係分開上,要食軟殼蟹同法包的時候先淋咖哩汁。青咖哩味道好濃含椰香味,食落味道辣辣地,好惹味,如果撈飯食感覺會好正,而且咖哩裏面還放了很多蔬菜一齊煮。個青咖哩仲會用小爐熱住,好貼心,唔怕啲咖哩凍晒沒咁好食!而主角軟殼蟹就炸得好鬆脆可口,點埋咖哩汁食好夾。不得不提呢個法包,外香脆內軟熟,索埋啲咖哩汁一齊食,好好食,真係估佢唔到!最後飲品叫了咸檸七喜同菠蘿七喜。咸檸七喜味道咸咸地帶酸甜味,而菠蘿七喜就酸酸甜甜,兩個都咁開胃!
