前晚收工路過銅鑼灣,同同事都餓到拆天,咁就諗住快手揾啲野食返屋企瞓覺啦,但係又唔想食茶記喎,醒起金百利間花園餐廳,就即刻搭上去開飯。👆🏽歷史悠久嘅花園餐廳,典型港式西餐廳擺設👆🏽羅宋湯跟餐包,羅宋湯比較稀,味道一般。餐包軟熟,牛油都無雪硬,難得有出爐麵包味道👆🏽粟米白汁焗龍利意粉,估唔到龍利魚柳無雪藏味,而且肉質嫩滑,外面脆皮炸得脆唔油膩,大大條白汁相對普通,只係有少少鹹味,無乜忌廉味道。👆🏽意粉煮法偏向港式煮法,似湯意,相對淋身。👆🏽海陸空餐咁飯。牛柳麻麻,完全冇牛味,唯一好係肉質唔韌乳鴿炸得鬆脆,鴿味重,只係略嫌瘦身少少。蝦無試過,味道唔知點樣。總括而言,餐飯不過不失,啱哂我快快手食完返屋企瞓覺
