To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日(27-5-2010 Fri)同男友起身後又諗去邊o度食早餐返工,經過美心佢話唔好喇,真係太慢,怕怕.於是o黎大家樂.去到收銀,佢見queue,就話一個去搵位,一個買o野食,啊.咁我買啦.我買o左$21.00o既脆炸深海魚柳腸仔配蘿蔔糕,加$3.00要凍檸茶.一個$20.00o既腸仔雞肉漢堡配多士,又加$3.00要凍奶茶.行去排隊等o野食,仍然有queue,但都郁得幾快,好快就有齊o野食,我同男友share o黎食,男友好快就食有蕃茄醬o既雞肉漢堡,佢話好凍.我試吓先,係喎,連暖都唔暖吓o既?我明白呢啲係一早整定,但o係我等o野食o既時候,一個似係亞head o既對住咪催廚房炒米係咪未叮,因為佢見米粉好耐都冇出.咁理應凍o左o既雞肉漢堡都應該要叮翻熱啦.而呢個雞肉漢堡本身有粟米同蕃茄粒,都幾豐富o既.脆炸深海魚柳就重係熱熱o地同脆脆地咁啦,魚肉開始接近o鞋,不過都OK,而且有沙律醬畀我o地蘸o黎食.蘿蔔糕,呢樣應該算係最好,因為夾起放到接近咀邊時,嗅到佢好香蘿蔔味,食落都夠熱而且味道濃郁,比美心o既更好.腸仔就冇咩問題啦.而牛油多士呢,其實我由排隊攞o野食時,前面有幾個人要o既多士

腸仔就冇咩問題啦.

而牛油多士呢,其實我由排隊攞o野食時,前面有幾個人要o既多士都因為太燶而要求換過,到我時都係畀o個件燶o既我,我要求換過,但畀過件都係差唔多咁燶,分別就只不過係烘o左冇耐.
而由於係出爐冇耐,所以都重係暖暖地同夠脆.

最後我杯凍奶茶都回復返夠味,冇問題.
