To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去科學園踩單車，又唔想食咁貴。其他餐廳又好似好多人排隊，最後嚟到類似food court嘅位，有譚仔，所以選擇咗食呢一間譚仔。可能佢新裝修，啲枱枱凳凳好乾淨，餐具擺放亦都非常乾淨，企理整齊。佢係用QR code自助點餐，職員姐姐提示自助點餐可以有大份嘅小食送，所以我哋用咗自助點餐。點完餐，嘢食都好快就到。味道保持水準，同平常嘅譚仔味道一樣。另外值得稱讚嘅係，我點咗芫荽山，佢係另外用個碗仔裝俾我，而唔係放喺碗麵上面。去到科學園，想食個快嘅，呢個都係一個非常好嘅選擇。
