To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日是星期一,我地好想去長洲玩同食野,又唔想咁多人,就約埋一齊請假去長洲玩,我地長洲行完山,就好想行下沙灘,發現有間餐廳泰國菜同德國菜都有得食,就好想去試下,菜式唔算好多,主要是飲酒,我地叫左木瓜絲沙律,帶有少少辣味,味道清新,最適合天氣炎熱食開胃菜,沙嗲串燒豬肉同雞肉,豬肉同雞肉燒烤得太乾身,味道一般,最期待既招牌焗豬手,焗得啱啱好,外脆內軟,肉質唔乾身,好味道唔油膩,白酒煮青口,青口肉質有D鬆散,味道一般,洋蔥圈配千島醬小食,洋蔥圈味道一般,炸魚薯條,外脆內軟,魚肉扎實有魚味,好食,香炸魷魚鬚,用新鮮魷魚炸加上外脆內軟,表面加左椒鹽粉,味道好好,食到唔停口
