To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

open rice就成日睇今次就第一次寫食評~今日happy friday同同事一齊去食happy lunch, 選左time square的千両~ lunch time 時間有限, 點set lunch 就係最好最快既option.我take左魚生飯, 三文魚夠新鮮，魚味十足, 少少soy sauce就可以引起鮮味~帶子一開二, 係細粒左少少但都夠厚肉，有口感~ 朋友點左個咩都有既set, 佢都話好食，我無試，所以就唔comment la~ haha
