友人剛在聖誕節期間去了東歐,見到她面書上的相片很吸引,當然馬上相約分享一下,邊吃邊談最好啦!十多日的旅程,友人食西餐食都厭,就揀了日本菜。店子招牌高高掛在正中,門面以木材建構而成,設計有特色。按門而入,裝潢好有特色,四處擺放了不同種類的日本酒、懷舊玩具,亦掛上日式門布、超人面具、日式燈籠,還貼滿日本的postcard、日式海報等等,的確設計成一間居酒屋,富有心思。長方形格局,設有數排二至四人枱,入一點就有個半開放式,旁邊有排二人枱。座位不少,但枱與枱之間的空間不多,不過播放着輕柔的歌曲,感覺也輕鬆。餐牌也設計精美, 附上一些菜式相片,分有沙律、漬物/小食、刺身/壽司、卷物、燒物、一品料理、飯/麵、飲品和甜品,仲有期間限定和廚師推介,選擇不少。 ******************************三文魚腩 Prime Salmon ($64/4件)相當厚身,滿佈油脂,極之肥美油潤,一咬便爆出魚油,鮮嫩帶微爽,質素不俗。******************************鐵板牛油煎黑松露帆立貝 Teppanyaki Scallop With Black Truffle ($

把其挾開,魚香四溢,魚肉很嫩滑,啖啖魚油,很肥美,亦烹調入味,鹹鮮有致,單吃已很美味。也試蘸上所配備的蘿白蓉醋汁和唧些鮮檸檬汁,有助中和其油膩感,更好吃!

原條成田醬炭火燒鰻魚飯 Grilled Unagi Rice ($128)單單賣相己很吸引,難怪是招牌菜之一。全條肥大的鰻魚燒得金黃,邊位帶些焦香,肉質相當肥美嫩滑,沾滿甜甜地的鰻魚醬,伴上粒粒圓潤的米飯,正!若然再灑多些甘香的芝麻,相信能更添美味。
