To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶,Tea一Tea。經過這間大快活,見環境幾舒適,於是入內坐坐。兩個人點了以下食物:蜜糖燒雞翼+紅豆冰($21)糖漿西多士+朱古力($16)升級茶餐加沙律($6)雞翼比較瘦削,但肉質頗嫰滑,雞皮燒得微脆,而且塗上蜜糖,甜甜的好味道。紅豆冰則要給喊臉,因為味道十分清淡,碎冰過多而紅豆太少,差!西多士和朱古力普普通通,但沙律則值得一提。雖然是細細杯,但生果新鮮爽口,而沙律醬亦稠身,夏天吃最適合。
