To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多間元氣都換左做高速線, 即係送餐係靠佢條輸送帶, 而且餐牌會比舊元氣多D選擇, 而佢高速線上既菜單, 有幾個我都覺得幾好食極太面 - 重口味之選, 味道偏咸, 但好好食, 兩啖可以食完蔥吞拿魚新香卷 - 味道好清新, 而且食感好好, 裏面放左塊醃黃蘿白, 令到佢成個口感好好照燒三文魚薄切 - 好肥味, 食到成口油好滿足筋子 - 永遠都係元氣平靚正之選如果餐廳唔多人, 由落單到食完, 有時真係唔駛10分鐘, 快過快餐, 名副其實高速線.
