To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾個星期，因為限聚令緣故，堂食餐廳五點後都不可以入座，難得搵到一間餐廳 5:15 pm 都容許入座，所以就入咗去食咗一個快閃「下午茶」。可能因為堂食客人不多，所以佢嘅迴轉火車送餐服務都超快。真係未試過30分鐘就食完一餐日本菜。先來一碗熱騰騰的三文魚頭湯，好足料，好好味，唔腥，基本上每次來都會飲；蜆肉烏冬又係好味，冇沙，鮮甜；蟹肉蟹膏手卷沒有太大驚喜，雖然有好多爽脆嘅飛魚子，可是蟹肉可能打到好綿，混合了醬汁，食唔到有蟹肉味道，而蟹膏尚算鮮甜。
