To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與朋友短聚,建議到 Grove 進餐,因為出餐有效率而且食品近來有進步。午餐有很多選擇,最後選了性價比較高的套餐。煙三文魚、牛油果、烤田園沙律 - 材料豐富兼色彩繽紛,份量亦很大,只是個人比較喜歡暖沙律。如果烤南瓜及紅蘿蔔不那麼冰冷更切合烤沙律這主題。洋蔥烤無激素雞扒配薯菜 - 選擇配薯菜,因為另有意粉菜式,薯菜的質素不怎麼樣,但雞扒肉嫩多汁,味道樸實而且份量大,三人一同分享也十分足夠。軟殼蟹黑松露野菌意粉 - 軟殼蟹鹹香,松露醬汁富有風味,兩者與意粉是絕配,只是意粉略嫌太軟不夠al dente。絕對值得加錢喝泡沫咖啡,朋友對這裏的出品十分滿意。
