To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近落雨，觀塘人多車多落到個人都好炆陣。適逢今日要出去見客要食一個快飯，就同同事落咗去食珠記茶餐室。呢度可以話係我哋嘅飯堂。又平又靚又正想食乜都有。今日我就嗌咗一個雞扒餐肉公仔麵。雞扒係即炸嘅好香口熱辣辣，我最鍾意食呢度嘅雞扒，餐肉好入味唔會過焾，而公仔麵煮得啱啱好。由上枱到食完我只係用咗15分鐘🤣🤣而我同事就叫左一個手打漢堡配炸薯條。有幾多間茶餐廳會用手打漢堡先，佢形容返比我聽話個手打漢堡幾肉質爽口，真係幾有誠意， 炸薯條睇張相都覺得好味，分量中唔細添！20分鐘！完！埋單🤣🤣
