To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自譚仔開業以黎一路有食開三哥和譚仔，兩間譚仔各有特色。座落恒隆大廈的譚仔三哥，是原亞皆老街店搬過來，是離家最近的譚仔三哥米線，裡面的員工都是亞皆老街店的呀姐，新店見到熟悉既面孔真係分外親切。一直以來都鐘情於三哥的腩肉 和 腐皮，今次叫了腐皮腩肉三哥酸辣10小辣加凍奶茶。值得一提的是三哥的腐皮保持到腐皮原有堅韌的質感以及豆腐香，不像譚仔的腐皮般煮到爛嗮。酸辣10小對不想吃太辣而又想有辣味和拉香的人是十分適合既選擇，酸辣湯中既酸味十分開胃，10小酸辣配合凍奶茶的甜滑，真係一絕。整體黎講對於食了8年三哥的我十分滿意，唯一可以挑剔的是男洗手間沒有設置洗手液，希望未來會添置。

值得一提的是三哥的腐皮保持到腐皮原有堅韌的質感以及豆腐香，不像譚仔的腐皮般煮到爛嗮。酸辣10小對不想吃太辣而又想有辣味和拉香的人是十分適合既選擇，酸辣湯中既酸味十分開胃，10小酸辣配合凍奶茶的甜滑，真係一絕。

整體黎講對於食了8年三哥的我十分滿意，唯一可以挑剔的是男洗手間沒有設置洗手液，希望未來會添置。
