餐廳通常標榜營養早餐通常都係麥皮雞蛋牛奶,但寧願訓多十幾廿分鐘嘅我,有時就會買呢類三文治返公司咬住做野,再飲杯豆漿或者牛奶,咁就有DHA、纖維、蛋白質、澱粉質。吞拿魚雞蛋三文治 - 半份係吞拿魚同埋兩片青瓜,半份係蕃茄蛋。雖然預先整好令到件三文治無新鮮嘅包咁鬆軟,而且味道麻麻。但我呢個打工仔以$14黎講,呢個水平都可以接受嘅....。
