To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 落雨天氣又凍, 就決定留返係公司附近食午飯。平時食lunch都唔鐘意食太飽, 所以盡量都食粉面, 但今日又突然好想食燒味, 就問下收銀姐姐四寶飯可唔可以轉米粉, 原來係可以的, 另外再加錢配多個凍檸茶少甜少冰。 個四寶米賣相好吸引, 叫左佢米粉同燒味分開上。有隻豉油雞脾仔仲有隻雞翼, 叉燒偏瘦但都唔算太乾, 加埋紅腸同咸蛋岩岩好。另外拎埋蔥油就更有燒味既味道。杯檸茶都好飲, 四片檸檬唔太甜又真係有少冰, 成個餐唔洗五十蚊咁既質素都真係冇得輸。
