To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 見東涌有新食肆於是星期六便到場打算食個early lunch。咁岩呢間12:45分前食飯有幾款會平D。原本以為會有人帶位，點知原來要自己搵位再出counter order... 好彩早到一入就好多位，但好快唔洗一陣已經全場full晒。份量好足，一個女仔食唔晒，係的確好味又足料。但發現d汁好似濺左出黎，搞到個碗勁油。其實兩個人黎食都唔算平，但要自己搵位，你食緊時仲好似大家樂咁，有人企係你檯旁邊望住你食，想你快快食完就閃，好大壓力我個人唔鐘意啦，而且通道又窄，除左比d人企係度等位，又有員工行黎行去收碟&送餐，老實講出面搵個人派飛仔拎位仲好啦唔改下個服務模式真係無下次
