To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都好鍾意黎呢間千両，每次等位都唔駛等超過30mins，店舖也容納到大量顧客。咁餓即刻攞返個枝豆食下先，好美味，帶點咸味，再飲返啖綠茶，好歎。本來不可錯過的海膽手卷，今晚因為佢嘅暗淡色澤而不再吸引，縱使係新鮮即制，但你食落真係一般。蝦蟹膏軍艦係我favourite，每次都點，但係今次蟹膏味有些淡。油金魚sushi油份十足，口感一流！題外話: 今次order幾款都無用大碟放一起，其實很是喜歡，因為咁樣顯得食物更有價值。香葱吞拿魚蓉軍艦真係只溶係口唔溶係手，texture 好creamy。炙燒牛油帶子有驚喜，勁like佢個crispy topping，充滿層次感的享受。Like油甘魚的朋友絕對唔會放過炙燒裙邊左口魚，超級好味，要一追再追！
