To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾日呢頭搵野食, 不過最首要原因係要"快", 師傅相信呢間食店可以做到呢樣野, 於是乎決定黎呢度食晚飯!入到去人山人海, 好唔容易先搵到位, 於是拿拿聲去叫野食, 師傅求求其其叫左碟叉燒飯而友人就叫左碟燒肉飯!叉燒飯叉燒好瘦好韌好乾身, 叉燒好一般啦; 而燒肉燒肉皮就好脆, 半肥瘦燒肉都幾好味, 可以啦!總括黎講呢間集團燒腊都算幾出名, 不過呢間食店燒腊就好一般喇, 唔算太得, 廿六蚊碟算係中價啦, 如果唔係要快話, 相信師傅都唔會揀呢度! 下次會唔會再黎就不得而知, 不過相信再黎都唔會食燒腊飯!
