今日十月一日假期,諗住去西貢行吓,點知多人到呢?!揾極都冇位泊車,於是去陳福榮餅家買咗甜豬包同皮蛋酥就走啦!多年前嚟西貢,見到呢間陳福榮餅鋪,門口貼咗d雜誌篇幅介紹佢嘅甜豬包,見個樣又幾得意,於是一試,果然...愈食愈上癮,雖然係冇餡,但外皮硬硬哋似傳統嘅豬仔,包入面就非常柔軟,少少甜味,好味!之後每次嚟西貢,都必定買半打返屋企,但試過有幾次四、五點就賣哂囉!上一次買埋佢嘅皮蛋酥,點知食過之後念念不忘,因為佢嘅餡整得好好味,香滑有薑味,皮蛋約1/4隻,唔會太甜,仲好似有奶黃味添,外皮好酥有嚼口,正!
