大約半年前幫襯過,對百秒黃花魚念念不忘。今次一如既往,入夜後就入去幫襯,因接近晚飯時間,便等左十五分鐘先入座。今次繼續點了黃花魚,身體很小夠兩個人食用,經慢煮後肉軟嫩鮮甜,附帶一隻湯匙,可以連湯連肉一齊食,味道剛剛好,非常惹味。莆田所使用的海蠣,是由每天產地直送到港一共有6種烹調方法,而我簡左九層塔香燘海蠣及江口家鄉海蠣湯。海蠣湯還有蛋花,番茄,西蘭花。入口有海蠣既味道,幾乎每一嗒都有幾隻海蠣,經過乾燘後既海蠣,隻隻海蠣肥美及味道可口,而又食唔到有沙。全都值得推介。酥妙芋芯,呢個要趁熱吃,芋頭外脆內粉,再蘸上焦糖,都幾好食下。最後點了興化米粉,成份米粉幼身及鬆散,容易放進口裡及與朋友分享,加上有蜆、紫菜、花生、蝦等配菜,有口感及層次。

一共有6種烹調方法,而我簡左九層塔香燘海蠣及江口家鄉海蠣湯。海蠣湯還有蛋花,番茄,西蘭花。入口有海蠣既味道,幾乎每一嗒都有幾隻海蠣,經過乾燘後既海蠣,隻隻海蠣肥美及味道可口,而又食唔到有沙。全都值得推介。
